Full refund if they cancel
If a coach or venue cancels or doesn't turn up, you get every rupee back. Cancel yourself more than [X] hours before and it's a full refund too.
Checked before they go live
We verify ID and qualifications for coaches, and business details for venues, before anyone can take a booking.
Your details stay private

Is Playka free for players?

Browsing and signing up are free. You pay the session price shown on the profile, with no extra booking fee.

How do I pay?

Online at checkout by [card and mobile wallet]. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel more than [X] hours before your session for a full refund. Our refund policy has the details.

How are coaches checked?

Every coach uploads ID and coaching qualifications, and our team reviews them before the profile goes live.

Which sports can I book?

Cricket opens first: coaches, indoor nets and grounds. Futsal, badminton, swimming and more follow. Vote for your sport above and we'll tell you when it's live.
